Randi is an amazing person all around! I have known her most of her life and can tell you that she exercises integrity and patience in everything she does. She has overcome considerable adversity over her short life time and with that brings the ability to share her knowledge and tools she has acquired through direct experience. She is a fantastic problem solver and truly loves to help others. She has a special talent for making all people in her presence feel heard and appreciated and thrives on helping others succeed. She has decided to dedicate her life to educating others which puts her in a perfect position to provide excellent mentorship opportunities to anyone who she teaches.

Randi is passionate about English literature and a great teacher. She is patient and can meet students where they are in terms of skills. I have worked with Randi at after school programs where she teaches creative writing to elementary level students. She is headed into her bachelor of education program this fall. I know she'll be an amazing teacher with her kind heart and passion for learning.
