I am a coach and therapist but I am also a mom. The experience of helping those around me has shaped my world and my abilities and understanding as a mother. As a therapist, I strive to help my clients attain their best selves and alleviate the pain (physical or emotional). Understanding is key and having real and practical solutions is the ultimate way to success and growth.

I have experience (10+) years as an RMT, in Applied Kinesiology and an a Yoga Instructor. I have a BA in psychology and I am also a Youth and Family Coach dealing with practical ways to help the family unit to cope with everyday situations that affect them and help with symptoms and effects of ADHD in the household.
