About Sakshi
Coming from Indian traditional family, I have always been a practitioner of different paths of yoga. Ive always been a believer of working on what is in your control and letting go of whatever isn't.
Yoga has provided me the support and peace on some of my lowest days, and has helped me to pull through as a stronger yet kinder person. Which is why practicing and teaching Yoga is something I find myself to be very passionate about, so that I can make people realise their self worth and push for being better at it. As a teacher I always make it a point to make my students to be aware about their body and mind. Trying to build an understanding for themselves so that they are self reliant for their practice in long run. It also includes being mindful about having a sense of balance in their lifestyle, their eating habits, emotional health, social self. Having taught more than 1000 students in last few years of during and after pandemic has helped me develop a perspective of how to guide students of different age groups and backgrounds.

Our classes will have a combination of Asanas ( poses) , Pranayama ( breathing exercises ), Dhyana ( Meditation ) and Relaxation.
The lessons will be highly personalised based on your body requirements and the level where you're at holistically, which would include the type of poses, their level of complexity and frequency of sessions.
My lessons transcend from outer self to inner self.
I begin the session with warm up, going into poses, leading towards the pranayam and the energy chakra energising. Lastly ending the session with a mindful experience of yog-nidra.
The classes are mindfully designed to the make practitioners aware of their physical and mental wellness and direct them further towards the path of Holistic Development.
