About Bhumika
I am an ayurveda house surgeon interning in government ayurveda medical college, Mysore. Its my first experience teaching online, hope i will manage and excel in delivering what i really want to. I believe it ll be a learning experience for me as well!

My teaching method - well I believe as a student i always loved interactive class. I believe discussion based class allows students involvement and that leads to better understanding. I think my classes would help everyone as it is not related to any academic syllabus. I would like to share my knowledge about ayurveda for better lifestyle and health.
