About Andrew
I recently graduated ranked 10 out of 946 from Coppell High School. I’ll be studying Computer Engineering at UT Austin with a full-ride scholarship next year.
I discovered an interest in teaching by tutoring my sister in middle school math in my first year of high school. It's so rewarding to celebrate the victories of understanding concepts and increased scores after hours of explaining and working through practices.
In my junior year of high school, wanting to teach outside just my sister and grow my interest in teaching, I coached at elementary & middle school tennis camps. Later, finding a deep passion for teaching, I found a club to tutor students at my high school in all subjects of STEM, ranging from geometry to AP Calculus and AP Physics to AP Chemistry.
This summer, I want to continue to fuel my passion for teaching by sharing the joy of learning more about the world through math and science with my students, whether they’re elementary, middle, or high school kids.
