About Dani Costa
Sou professora brasileira de Yoga com mais de 10 anos de experiência, certificada pela Yoga Alliance International como Master Yoga Teacher (588 horas de formação). Também tenho formação em Meditação e Yogaterapia.
As aulas online permitem que você pratique sem sair de casa, no horário que melhor se encaixa na sua rotina. Meu ensino é baseado em simplicidade, presença, respeito e condução atenta. Acredito que o Yoga pode ser praticado por qualquer pessoa, independentemente de idade, flexibilidade ou experiência anterior.
Ensino com acolhimento e profissionalismo, criando um espaço seguro e receptivo onde cada aluna pode desenvolver sua prática no seu próprio ritmo.

As aulas são 100% online pelo Google Meet — sem deslocamento, de onde você estiver no Brasil ou no Canadá.
Ofereço aulas privadas e ao vivo de Yoga, com uma abordagem personalizada de acordo com as suas necessidades, experiência e momento atual. Cada aula tem 60 minutos e combina posturas tradicionais do Yoga, respiração, relaxamento e presença.
As aulas são indicadas para iniciantes e também para quem já pratica. Recebo especialmente mulheres que querem desacelerar, se reconectar consigo mesmas e desenvolver maior presença e autoconhecimento.
Com experiência no ensino desde 2016, ofereço uma condução atenta e um ambiente acolhedor, respeitando o ritmo e as necessidades individuais de cada aluna.
