About Inés
I am a student and a musician. I have been practicing yoga and meditation for several years. I am especially good at vinyasa yoga. I also have training in circus (aerial) and different types of dance, so in general I am good at body movement and understanding.

My bases of yoga are quite supported in the school of Yogananda. I base my classes on a beginning of stretching and warm-up, the practice of yoga, an active relaxation, and we end with a joint meditation, being aware of what we have advanced and created in that space-time.
