I’ve studied dance, mentorship/coaching, breathwork, and education, and I continue to deepen my knowledge through certifications, workshops, and real-world practice. I take the time to understand your goals and create a supportive structure that’s tailored to you ~ whether that means guiding you through a powerful breathwork journey, helping you find joy in movement, coaching you through life transitions or towards your most authentic and confident self, or building your fluency in English.
