Typical length of my lesson is 60 mins to 120 mins.
I think the best way to learn a language is to associate it with something that you are interested in. That is why my favorite way is to teach new words and phrases in role plays that are written by me and you together!
I usually teach 10 new vocabularies, and two or three grammar rules each lesson. At the beginning of each lesson, I start with recapping the things from my previous lesson. I also teach how to study by yourself.
