About Miriam
I’m a mature, understanding and supportive tutor who loves art, art history and English literature. I’ve been a student most of my life so I know how challenging learning can be but also how rewarding.
I've been a tutor for many years now and it is now my primary form of work. I'm dedicated to helping others, I've had over 20 regular students in the past year alone and I am looking to assist more!
My school age students have seen much improvement in their grades and my adult students see great progress with their everyday English skills and IELTS preparation. A number of my students have passed their IELTS exams with at least a 7, for Australian Visa and work purposes.
I'm a great listener, approachable, very understanding and motivated to help you achieve your learning goals. Let's begin!

For parents: I’ll work with your child to complete school assignments and if befitting extend their learning beyond the school curriculum in a complimentary manner.
For adults: If you’re an adult wanting conversational English or English as a Foreign Language (EFL) classes, we’ll choose fun and interesting topics to improve your practical English.
