About Ambika Marya
Ambika Marya, I am contemporary realist artist , who lives and studies in Chandigarh. A BFA graduate (Batch: 2016-2020) and most MFA Post graduate (2020-2022) from Govt. College of Arts, Sector 10-C Chandigarh. My specialization is Painting. My colourful paintings pay homage to mother nature and the traditional Indian culture.
I have been interested in art and artists my entire life. I began painting as a very young girl. I used to capture the nature around me in my initial artworks. Entering into GCA, learning new techniques and methods, widened my horizon and made be realize that there is much more to be discovered in this vast field of art.
