As a native speaker of Spanish and born in Mexico, my professional life has always been about using my Spanish knowledge skill; speaking, translating, and teaching this language. I lived in Mexico as a young kid attending school until I was 14 years old, then I came to the U.S. and finished my education years with a college degree.
I lived in Spain for 10 years speaking the Castilian Spanish. I retired from the U.S. Army holding an additional interpreter language skill in Spanish and Italian. I worked for the American government Drug Enforcement Administration part-time as a Spanish interpreter. After retiring from the Army I became a Spanish high school teacher until I retired in 2024. I am a very good teacher who always made sure my students worked, understood, and properly learned the speaking, reading, writing, and grammar of the Spanish language. I am a 100% English and Spanish bilingual speaker who still reads and speaks Italian, making me a trilingual language speaker.
