About Kady-Anne
As a member of the cadets and at the senior rank of flight sergeant, I have developed discipline, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities in challenging and rewarding environments. My role as Head Student allowed me to further strengthen my communication, organisation, and leadership skills, working closely with both staff and students to represent my school. Alongside this I was a part of the numeracy and literacy programme with younger students in my upper school, with the aim to improve their skills in the classroom. Outside of academics, I work with bikes, gaining valuable hands-on mechanical experience and a practical mindset.

I studied both A-Level Mathematics and Further Mathematics, gaining a strong foundation in advanced mathematical concepts and problem-solving techniques. My previous tutoring experience has allowed me to support students of varying abilities, helping them build confidence and develop a deeper understanding of the subject. I find tutoring incredibly rewarding, especially when I see a student progress from struggling with a topic to mastering it and applying their skills independently. My approach is patient, clear, and tailored to each student’s needs, ensuring they not only improve their grades but also enjoy the process of learning maths.
