About OAF
I’m Simi, I’m currently a student at NYIT majoring in Architecture.I have 3+ years of professional tutoring experience in k-8 math and Algebra 1. I have worked directly with students who needed math intervention in a group and one-on-one setting. I am also a member of the following : Association for the coaching and tutoring profession (ACTP) , National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) and the American Institute of Architecture Students.

My tutoring approach is personalized and effective. I usually evaluate the students learning style and try to meet the student where they are to foster exponential growth. Once I evaluate the students learning, I create a personalized learning plan based on their areas of struggle. I also assign additional practice in between session for mastery.
