About Sonali
My passion for Architecture began with fascination for spaces, design, and how human experience interacts with the built environment. I earned a B.Arch in Architectural Design and an M.Arch in Sustainable Architecture, combining technical expertise with creative insight. Over 9 years, I have guided students from basic sketching to complex design projects, helping them build confidence, creativity, and practical design skills. I teach with patience, structured guidance, and encouragement, tailoring lessons to each student’s needs. Beginners gain foundational support, intermediate learners refine technical skills, and advanced students explore conceptual development and portfolio presentation. I foster creativity, independent thinking, and problem-solving within a motivating environment. Outside teaching, I engage in design research, sustainable architecture projects, and contemporary design studies to bring real-world insight into lessons. Watching students grow creatively, develop confidence, and express ideas effectively is profoundly rewarding. My goal is to inspire learners to create functional, innovative, and aesthetically meaningful spaces.

Architecture becomes exciting when learners understand how creativity, spatial reasoning, and technical knowledge combine to create meaningful and functional spaces. My lessons focus on design principles, proportion, material selection, and conceptual development. Beginners work on sketching, observation, and basic compositional skills. Intermediate students refine technical drawings, spatial layouts, and model-making abilities. Advanced learners tackle project planning, sustainability integration, and portfolio development. Each session emphasizes structured guidance, clear explanation, and creative exploration within a supportive learning environment, helping students build confidence and practical design skills.
Lesson pacing is customized to each student’s level. Beginners receive stepwise instruction, visual demonstrations, and hands-on exercises to strengthen foundational abilities. Intermediate learners focus on detailed design, planning strategies, and spatial reasoning. Advanced learners work on complex projects, combining aesthetics with function and sustainability. Each lesson integrates critique, discussion, and iterative design practice to foster creativity, analytical thinking, and independence.
Architecture lessons develop both creative and analytical skills. Students gain confidence expressing ideas visually, solving design challenges, and understanding spatial relationships. Many learners develop a keen eye for detail and conceptual clarity. My goal is to help students cultivate a strong creative identity while mastering the technical and practical skills essential for long-term success in Architecture.
