About Nella
I have 9 years of experience teaching and mentoring students in Architecture and design-focused learning. I earned a B.Des in Interior Architecture, which provided strong grounding in spatial design, creative development, and architectural communication. This academic background allows me to guide learners with both imagination and practical structure.
My teaching style is supportive, patient, and focused on helping students discover their own design voice. I enjoy showing learners how architecture balances creativity with careful planning and human-centred thinking. I encourage students to explore freely while building strong technical foundations.
Outside tutoring, I remain connected to architecture through design research, portfolio coaching, and continued study of sustainable spaces. Teaching architecture is fulfilling because students often transform uncertainty into creative clarity. Supporting that growth is the most rewarding part of my work.

Architecture becomes inspiring when students learn that design is about creating spaces that support human life and emotion. In my lessons, I guide learners through spatial reasoning, design principles, drafting skills, and creative visualisation with calm structure and supportive feedback. I help students understand how ideas evolve into thoughtful architectural forms. Each session encourages exploration while building discipline and clarity.
Lesson plans are personalised to each learner’s level. Beginners focus on sketching basics, composition, proportion, and simple conceptual exercises. Intermediate learners strengthen drafting accuracy, model development, design refinement, and material understanding. Advanced students work on portfolio presentation, architectural storytelling, sustainable design thinking, and professional-level project organisation. Every lesson includes guidance that supports both creativity and technical growth.
Architecture lessons help students develop stronger observation, imagination, and confidence in expressing ideas visually. Over time, learners build a clear creative identity and disciplined design habits. My goal is to support students in growing into thoughtful designers with confidence and purpose.
