About Vani
I have been passionate about architecture since childhood, inspired by the spaces and environments that shape human experiences. This led me to pursue a B.Arch and an M.Arch in Sustainable Design, equipping me with both creative and technical expertise. Over 7 years of teaching, I have guided students in developing their creative abilities while instilling structured, practical design skills. My teaching style emphasizes clarity, patience, and adaptability. I provide individualized instruction, combining sketching, conceptual discussions, and step-by-step project guidance to ensure each student gains confidence and develops their unique creative voice. I help learners integrate aesthetic vision with functional design, nurturing both imagination and discipline. Outside of teaching, I remain actively involved in design research, urban planning studies, and sustainable architecture projects, which allow me to bring contemporary, real-world insights into my lessons. Watching students grow from tentative sketches to confident design solutions, witnessing their creative identity flourish, and helping them develop both artistic and technical competence is immensely rewarding and continues to drive my dedication to teaching architecture.

Architecture becomes an exciting subject when students learn to translate ideas into tangible forms. My lessons cover design principles, spatial organization, material knowledge, sketching, and model-making, providing structured guidance that balances creativity with technical understanding. Students are encouraged to explore innovative ideas while developing a disciplined approach to planning, design, and presentation.
Beginners focus on fundamentals such as proportion, layout, and conceptual design, while intermediate learners engage with advanced techniques including 3D modeling, material application, and design refinement. Advanced learners work on portfolio development, architectural analysis, and comprehensive project planning. I integrate discussions, visualization exercises, and real-world examples to make lessons dynamic, practical, and engaging.
Architecture education cultivates critical thinking, creativity, and technical skill simultaneously. Students learn to approach design challenges methodically, understand spatial relationships, and express their ideas effectively. My goal is to foster learners who are confident, imaginative, and capable of integrating aesthetic vision with functional design, preparing them for both academic success and professional growth.
