About Emma
My interest in architecture started with a fascination for how spaces influence human experience and interaction. I pursued a B.Arch followed by an M.Arch in Sustainable Architecture to combine creative exploration with technical mastery. Over 7 years, I have mentored students in conceptual design, technical drafting, and project execution, emphasizing both skill development and creative confidence.
I teach with patience, encouragement, and structured guidance. Lessons integrate practical projects, iterative feedback, and concept development exercises, fostering independent thinking and creative exploration. Students are encouraged to experiment, refine, and articulate design ideas effectively.
Outside the classroom, I stay engaged with sustainable design research, urban planning trends, and contemporary architectural practice, bringing relevant insights into lessons. Witnessing students develop creative confidence, technical proficiency, and innovative thinking is profoundly rewarding. My goal is to prepare learners for academic, professional, and creative success in the architectural field.

Architecture becomes exciting when learners explore the balance between creativity, functionality, and technical precision. My lessons cover conceptual design, spatial reasoning, materials, sustainable design principles, and digital modeling techniques. I focus on iterative design thinking, hands-on exercises, and critical evaluation, helping learners develop both aesthetic awareness and practical skills necessary for professional and academic success.
Lesson plans are adapted to each learner’s level. Beginners focus on fundamental drawing, proportion, sketching, and basic composition to develop spatial awareness. Intermediate learners explore advanced modeling, sustainable design practices, 3D visualization, and project development techniques. Advanced learners work on portfolio creation, urban planning projects, client-based design scenarios, and professional presentation skills. Each session combines guidance, critique, and hands-on exploration to foster creativity, analytical thinking, and technical competence.
Architecture lessons enhance creative problem-solving, observation, and communication skills. Students learn to articulate ideas visually, translate concepts into functional designs, and develop confidence in expressing their vision. My aim is to nurture innovative, thoughtful, and technically proficient architects capable of producing impactful design solutions.
