Skilled in AutoCAD, Negotiation, Feasibility Studies, Construction Documents, and Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection, and Structural Engineering. Strong Architect and Engineering professional with a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) focused in Architecture - Minor in Computer Engineering, an Associate in Architectural Engineering. Experienced in Residential, Commercial, Industrial, and Airport Projects.
As an Architect and Professional Engineer I solve problems for my clients, produce designs and ideas to enhance the built environment, and direct projects to completion in cost-effective ways. Working with different people and different types of projects is challenging and involves creative thinking to develop effective solutions.
