About Dan
I am at heart an anthropologist with my main focus being in archaeology. I also have strong leanings towards linguistics and ethnology. My secondary love is geology (earth and planetary sciences). I have extensive experience with helping student grasp concepts which is critical to improving both grades and understanding.

My teaching approach is to let the student find his or her own solutions to problems by providing guidance and prompting questions. I am comfortable teaching students at any grade or level. I find it most satisfying to work with students who truly desire to learn.
