I know Richie since at least a couple of years now. He's not only an excellent chef himself but he's really good at teaching and helping others with their cooking skills as well. I think he'll be a great teacher to all those who want to learn the nuances of cooking. I wish Richie and his future students all the best for their classes together which I'm sure will be as wonderful as the teacher himself.
