About Suyun
I’m Lily, a Computer Science student at the Australian National University (ANU) and a native Mandarin Chinese speaker.
I’m patient, friendly, and enjoy meeting people from different backgrounds. My lessons are encouraging and interactive, creating a comfortable environment where students feel confident to speak, make mistakes, and improve naturally.
I have previous experience working as an English language tutor, where I developed effective teaching strategies and learned how to adapt lessons to suit different learning styles. Through this experience, I’ve built my own approach to language learning that focuses on making lessons engaging, practical, and tailored to each student’s goals.
Whether you’re just starting your Chinese learning journey or looking to become more fluent, I’d love to help you achieve your goals. I look forward to learning with you!
