About Boyes

I'm a first year PhD in Classics at King's College, University of Cambridge.

Previously, I studied a BA and MPhil in Anglo-Saxon, Norse and Celtic at the same. At A-Level, I studied History, Religious Studies, and Psychology.

My experience at degree level covers languages (Latin, Greek, Old English, Middle Welsh), literature and pre-modern European history.

About the lesson

My approach to tutoring is to focus on the exam assessment fundamentals and structure of the subject, into which the the relevant info can be selected and inserted.

Typical lesson length: 30 mins -1 hour, depending on the lesson focus.

Experience holding supervisions with Cambridge undergraduates for History undergraduate papers on behalf of ASNC department.

Tutoree profile: 15 - 21 (GCSEs up to MAs).
