About Jacques
I work toward that "A-ha!" moment when students finally grasp a concept that they were struggling with. Computing can seem an intimidating field but with the right guidance anybody can learn what they want to. I have experience making this a reality as a teacher of school students and combined with my industry and academic experience I am in a strong position to pass on my knowledge.

Lessons will be through Zoom and use the screen sharing function to present tailored slides to the student in their selected subject area. This will take 15 to 30 minutes based on the topic.
The second half of each lesson will be a practical component using the remote control feature of zoom allowing the student to remotely access a computer that is already set up with the required software. This will take 30 to 45 minutes based on the topic.
Lessons will be a flat rate and extra questions can be asked at the end of the time for no additional charge.
I am a current University student in the final year of a Bachelor of Information systems and have previous experience tutoring school students. My approach focuses on patience and understanding.
