American pastry chef offering lessons for all ages in baking and pastry work

Perfect! Beth had provided cooking sessions for my Half-term cooking, arts and crafts work shop, she was the pastry chef teacher for the children aged 3-8 years old, she managed to control the class that contained 10 children for 2 days , with her patience, very well organised way of working, she was very accurate in her timing and the most of all she had delivered the best healthy pastry which were Scones, and apples & pears tarts. the children, parents and my self were very happy from the results, and of course i TOTALY RECOMMEND Beth.
