About Marie
My name is Marie. I'm 18 years old studying a Bachelor of Music at the Queensland Conservatorium, majoring in Classical Piano.
I've played the piano ever since I was 8 years old and have done up to grade 8 in AMEB examinations. Since then, music has been my life.
During the later years of my musical journey, I discovered that Theory/Musicianship are crucial to musical growth. The earlier you start, the better.
While studying at the conservatorium, I've received a deeper understanding of the subject and believe that it's one of the most important parts of music.,

During my music journey, I have found that Music theory has been critical to my growth as a musician. It's important to understand what you play and how it all works together. That's why theory is so important.
During online lessons, we'll go through the AMEB (Australian Music Examination Board) workbooks and practice exams for those wishing to do exams. I'm happy to work with anyone doing preliminary to grade 3.
