About Ayyan
I am a highly driven, passionate, and conscientious Finance and Economics graduate from the University of Auckland. In 2025, I will complete a postgraduate honors degree in Finance. I intend to start my career at the premises of investment banking, consulting and strategy, where my unique blend of technical expertise, work ethic, and strategic leadership positions me for a dynamic and impactful career.
Through my academic studies, I have gained a strong understanding of applied and theoretical corporate finance, financial modeling, portfolio and investment analysis/management, financial risk management, derivatives pricing, econometrics, accounting, business consulting and marketing/management, and advanced macro/microeconomics. Through my work experience, I have gained real-world exposure to M&A, project finance, investment research, consulting, private equity, and investment analysis.
I have passed my CFA Level 1 exam and intend to sit the CFA level 2 exam in August 2025.

I have extensive experience in tutoring. I have tutored both university and high school students in subjects such as Economics, Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, English and Mathematics.
At university, I have facilitated several courses as an Assistant Lecturer for Banking and Financial Institutions, Macroeconomics, Microeconomics, Financial Accounting, Finance for Decision Making.
