My teaching approach for Algebra is focused on advanced algebraic techniques and proof methods. I begin with partial fractions, including proper and improper fractions, and methods for resolving into partial fractions with distinct linear factors, repeated linear factors, and quadratic factors. I teach binomial expansion for positive integer exponents, including general term, middle term, and applications in approximations. I also cover mathematical induction, including the principle of induction and its applications in proving statements related to sequences, divisibility, and inequalities. I provide step-by-step derivations and plenty of practice problems. I use real-world examples to show applications of these techniques. I provide detailed notes, formula sheets, and practice worksheets. I assign homework that includes both routine and challenging problems. I conduct weekly quizzes to track progress. I maintain a progress log and adjust my teaching pace based on individual needs. My goal is to help you master these advanced algebraic techniques.
