About Barry
Hello, My name is Barry and I am currently a final year student studying aerospace engineering. I am familiar with the Maths and Physics from middle school to high school. I have 2 years of teaching experience for Biology and Maths for high school students in Hong Kong. My lessons will mainly focus on correcting your mistakes and establishing the right concepts for you. I will also customise my lessons to meet your personal needs. Since I was once a student who is terrible in Physics and Maths, I understand the frustration and pain when studying these subjects. I believe that excessive amount of exercise is not the solution for improvements so there won't be a lot of repetitive exercise for you. You will see videos and figures a lot in my lessons as I believe they are the best way to explain concepts to students.

Teaching Experience: 2 years of teaching for Biology and Maths for high school students in Hong Kong Teaching approach: Focus on correcting student's mistakes and explaining concepts and reasons for every equation. Teaching method and techniques: Use tests to identify student's struggles and problems. Explain the Maths and Physics concepts by videos or equations to solve the problems. Use exercises to solidify student's knowledge. Typical lesson plan: Use the first lesson to understand the student's personality, struggles and needs. Adjust teaching approach for the rest of the lessons. What sets me apart as a tutor: I once was a student who is terrible in Physics and Maths. I understand the frustration and pain when studying these subjects. Therefore, I know the need for a student who is struggling in these subjects. And I believe that excessive amount of exercise is not the solution for improvements
