About Carol
My spiritual name is Gayatri Anandi, I am Brazilian and I live in the United States. Seven years ago, I started focusing on my personal development and self-knowledge. The practice of meditation transformed my life in a very profound way. My thought pattern was completely negative, causing me to have a very destructive internal dialogue, making my inner world cold and sad. But my thirst for change was greater and I gathered my strength and decided to give this powerful ancient practice a chance. Today, in addition to reaping the scientifically proven benefits of meditation, I feel that my purpose is to help those who feel the same way I used to.
