About Briar
I am an experienced ESL tutor with over 12 years of teaching experience, specializing in English for High School and College students. Over the years, I have successfully taught between 150 and 200 students, helping them build strong English skills for academic and personal use.
My teaching philosophy is based on simplicity, patience, and consistent practice. I believe English should be taught in a clear and stress-free way. I adapt my lessons to suit each student’s learning pace and needs. I focus on spoken English, grammar accuracy, vocabulary development, and writing skills.
I use real-life examples, guided conversations, and practice exercises to improve understanding. I also assist students with exam preparation and presentations. One of my proud achievements is helping students improve confidence and performance in English. Many learners have shown noticeable progress. I am passionate about helping students succeed.
