About Leonie
I work with well qualified, ambitious clients who are driven to achieving success in their life. Many of my clients are using English as a Second Language for work purposes and feel held back by language and confidence issues.
For several decades now, I have studied and worked in many different roles that help people improve their lives. With Australian university qualifications in both Psychology/Counselling and also Teaching English as a Second Language, sometimes my sessions are focused on personal or counselling issues, sometimes about language, communicating with others and career issues and very often a blend of all the above.
I have decades of experience in helping people who have moved to Australia and are re-starting careers, finding new careers or trying to advance in their career. I also have clients/students who have experienced many changes in relationships, careers, maturity and want to look into who they really are now, in order to move forward successfully.

My aim is to provide you with the support you need for professional and/or personal purposes. Sometimes we need someone to confidentially share things with. Sometimes we need non-judgmental feedback and motivation for our plans or dreams. You may need to work on confidence, self-identity, a new vision for the future, or a roadmap from where you are now to where you want to be.

Perfect! Leonie is an excellent interview coaching tutor who really helped me improve my confidence and skills. She explains things clearly, and her teaching style is very organised and practical. Her sessions include mock interviews, helpful feedback, and tips on answering questions using the STAR method. Leonie is patient, supportive, and always focused on helping me do my best. I learned a lot from her, and I would strongly recommend her to anyone who wants to improve their interview performance.
