About Lauran
Hi, my name is Lauran.
I'm a mathematics tutor who specializes in helping students who feel overwhelmed, behind, frustrated, or stuck in math rebuild their confidence step-by-step.
As someone with ADHD myself, I understand firsthand hwo discouraging traditional math instruction can feel. That experience shapes how I teach: with patience, clarity, structure, and an emphasis on understanding rather than pressure or memorization.
I currently tutor students from elementary math through college-level coursework, including:
