I prioritize active listening and empathy in my coaching sessions, giving clients the safe space they need to explore difficult topics.
I want to cheer you on and see you succeed... this also means I will not be afraid to ask you to dig deeper and hold yourself accountable where it's due.
As someone who has been on both ends - Coaching and BEING coached myself - I understand the power of this process and that it actually works!
