About Melissa
Before perusing my passion for gymnastics as a coach and judge I competed regionally in acrobatic gymnastics for nearly 10 years but unfortunately had to retire due to injury. I stepped foot in the gym and the age of 3 and began assisting classes at just 13 and have loved teaching ever since. Coaching quickly turned into my dream job and I am now fully qualified in level 1 and 2 coaching acrobatic gymnastics with British gymnastics!

For me teaching is about fun, creative drills to help gymnasts achieve the perfect technical model. This can be done online or in person by analysing skills to determine which phases of movement need work and what the next step of progression is.
