About Dylan
How I started in calisthenics:
I started working out when I was a teenager. I spent years in the gym until I found my true passion: CALISTHENICS. I fell in love with this training style, with its static and dynamic moves. My first objective was to achieve a muscle-up, and once I got it, I felt completely empowered to keep going. The next year, I was able to perform the full front lever, dragon flags, explosive muscle-ups, inverted rows, one arm pull ups, etc.
Becoming a coach:
After some time, it became natural to start coaching friends and coworkers. However, my journey took an exciting turn during a trip to Miami where I had the incredible opportunity to meet Chris Heria, a renowned calisthenic influencer and fitness guru, as well as the Thenx staff. I was even able to train with them, which further ignited my passion and provided me with more knowledge.
Now, with my background in personal training and my dedication to staying current with the latest studies through extensive reading, I am more motivated than ever to provide you with the best coaching experience possible. Your success and progress are my top priorities, and I can't wait to help you achieve your fitness goals.
Nowadays, what keeps me more motivated are my clients and friends. Watching them progress week by week keeps me really motivated!

The lessons:
I would like to have my first conversation (virtually) with you to discuss your level and get to know you a bit. Once we've done that, we can begin discussing your goals, whether it's strength, weight loss, technique improvement, or anything else that's important to you. This is when my routine planning work begins.
After I provide you with your custom-made workout plan, I will, of course, teach you the proper way to perform the exercises.
The workout itself will be divided into three phases: warm-up, core and cooldown.
Also I will follow you up to track your progress.
You can ask me everything you want and I'll get to you as soon as possible. I will be more than happy to work with you!
I also speak Spanish if you require.
