Lessons (bookings, times and cancellation:)
Lessons can be booked in person or via electronic channels and will be given on the day and at the time agreed upon. Lessons are assumed to be weekly.
Any lesson missed or cancelled will be charged in full. (The educator reserves space for the particular student.)
Set lesson times are forfeited once two consecutive lessons are missed. (Even with cancellation.) (No guarantee can be provided that the original (or ANY) lesson time will be available, should this happen.
Rates and fees:
Lessons will be charged at the rate agreed upon by the educator and parent/guardian/student. Lessons need to be paid for prior to the commencement thereof. No lessons will be conducted on a credit basis. Lessons can be paid for in cash or via electronic fund transfer (EFT) banking details of which can be found on invoices and statements.
Termination policy:
Both the educator and the student/parent/guardian reserve the right to terminate lessons should the lessons be deemed to no longer be beneficial. The educator should be informed, in writing, of said termination.
