If a lesson is cancelled 6 hours or more before the start of the lesson it may be rescheduled.
If a lesson is cancelled within 2 to 6 hours before the start of the lesson the client will be liable for half the rate of the lesson.
If a lesson is cancelled within less than 2 hours before the start of the lesson it will be charged in full.
