I am happy to have been asked by Rory to be his referee for this site.

Rory kindly provided a mock interview for a student of mine who was applying to Oxbridge. The student had a very positive experience of working with Rory and the feedback he gave to the student was focused, detailed and incredibly helpful. Rory also had the opportunity to shadow my research, the nature of which involves working with adults and children. He has shown himself more than capable to work with children and adults in a professional capacity and was incredibly motivated to work alongside me. I am sure that his enthusiastic and mature approach to our work together will translate across very well in any tutoring opportunity he is given. Additionally, I have seen how incredibly passionate he is about his degree subject and how animatedly he talks about his own academic knowledge. I am confident that Rory will pass on this love of learning with any pupils fortunate enough to have him as their tutor.
