About Khadija
For me personally, I have always enjoyed studying and watching myself grow and learn more over time. I want to help other children understand their potential and understand that studying doesn’t always have to be tedious or boring. Also, because it hasn’t been long since i was a student in secondary, i feel as though i can understand their struggles and help them overcome them and become more confident.
When asked about how I would motivate a child in their learning, I would emphasize the importance of creating a supportive and encouraging environment tailored to the child's individual needs and interests. I would mention techniques such as setting achievable goals, and engaging activities, and fostering a sense of curiosity and self-confidence in the student. I would try to understand their personal needs and struggles and cater the work to them in that way.
