About Zen
My name is Zen, and I’m an investor and business owner based in Singapore. Over the years, I’ve built my career by navigating real-world challenges—making decisions under uncertainty, learning from failure, and constantly adapting to change.
I want to teach because I believe knowledge is most valuable when it’s shared. Everything I’ve learned—from growing businesses to managing risk and spotting opportunities—comes from experience, not just theory. My goal is to help you bridge that gap between what’s taught in textbooks and what actually happens in the real world.
I’m not here just to give you answers, but to help you think critically, make better decisions, and develop the confidence to pursue your own path—whether that’s in business, investing, or something entirely different.
If you leave my class not only more knowledgeable, but more capable and self-assured, then I’ve done my job.

I tailor my lessons to each individual based on their objectives, e.g., passing an exam or scoring well on an exam, by going through concepts and theories and working through practice questions.
I also coach individuals to help them gain financial know-how, e.g., understanding what investing is about, business valuation, risk management, etc., to give them the tools to achieve their financial goals.
Age group - really limitless. The key is wanting to learn.
Typical lesson is 1h to 2h.
Lessons can be conducted on-site or via Zoom.
