Perfect! I wasn't a complete beginner but I lacked technique and many skills to strengthen bass playing. Dayne knew what to check and how to teach me. We had 5 lessons but in those I learnt lots, what to practice, and where to focus. He teaching skills are brilliant and knew where there were gaps in my knowledge/skill.

Perfect! Dayne is a wonderful teacher, my teen has had several lessons with him so far and always comes away enthused and inspired. Dayne is happy to teach them their favourite songs, as well as general skills. He has the patience of a saint, and is really approachable.

Perfect! I've had one lesson so far with Dayne and I'm very happy with his teaching style. He's friendly, very patient and made me feel comfortable which is awesome especially as I have adhd and anxiety.

He helped me work out what my goals were and we're working from there.
I am a beginner but he has already taught me better techniques to get the most of my bass playing and pointed out some bad habits I had in my playing and how to correct them.

He also sets homework which I have found challenging in a good fun way but within my abilities.
He is also more than happy to answer any questions you have in between lessons.
I would definitely recommend.
I'm seeing improvements after one lesson already.
