About Aleksandar
In high school, I studied science, as well as music theory and sound design. I am grateful for the opportunity to learn from university professors at such an early age. In the mentioned disciplines, I have received various awards, including international competitions. For years, I honed my skills at work and supported my knowledge with courses (edX, Coursera, Skillshop, RAF), before pursuing a degree in the field of media and design. Thanks to my academic and professional background, I am a proficient user of Microsoft Office software and graphic design industry standard tools, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, various video editors, and AI tools. I had the opportunity to volunteer and participate in or organize various charity and cultural events and show my enthusiasm and commitment, where I could work on design and branding.

My approach as a tutor emphasizes fostering creativity, critical thinking, and self-expression but takes into account the key parts of art theory that will teach you how to find inspiration and explain your workflow. That way, I will help you build your own base that unites contemporary design with fine arts.
After years of experience with collaborative learning, practical examples, and interactive discussions, I have gathered a rather large quantity of historical works, as well as my own and my colleague's projects we can explore to create your own style, way of thinking and help you be able to support your work with knowledge.
Of course, the lessons are centered on you personally, adapting to individual learning preferences and encouraging exploration beyond traditional boundaries.
A Typical Lesson Plan:
Introduction (10 minutes): Overview of the topic, objectives, and relevance to art and design.
Finding inspiration and theory (15 minutes): Explanation of key concepts, supported by visuals or real-world examples from design, art history, and contemporary practice.
Application (35 minutes): Practical activity such as creating a visual composition, brainstorming ideas, or analyzing artwork to apply the learned concepts.
Discussion (20 minutes): Open dialogue where students share their work, receive feedback, and reflect on the process.
Conclusion (10 minutes): Recap, Q&A, and assignments or challenges for further exploration.
What Sets Me Apart as a Tutor:
I combine academic knowledge with hands-on experience in art and multimedia creation. My ability to merge theory with practice ensures students gain both conceptual understanding and practical skills. I also focus on cultivating a supportive and inspiring learning environment that encourages experimentation and personal growth.
These lessons are designed for students pursuing academic studies in design, art theory, and multimedia creation, but could also give an insight into the depths of the art world to hobbyists. They cater to amateurs, undergraduate and graduate students, as well as anyone interested in exploring creative thinking, visual storytelling, and the principles of art and design at an advanced level.
