About Ella
I was lucky enough to have my first piano lesson when I was 4 years old and it has changed my life. I love music and piano and feel really passionate about teaching. I really enjoy my lessons and love helping my students reach their goals. My first language is English but I am also fluent in Cantonese. Even though I am not as fluent, I have previously taught students speaking Mandarin as well!

I teach every lesson with a positive and encouraging attitude to ensure my students are happy and striving to do their best. I have achieved merits in grade 3 and 5 ABRSM piano exams as well as a distinction level in grade 7. I am currently preparing for my own grade 8 exams so I am very familiar with the exam process and what examiners are looking for. I teach all ages at all levels of experience and personalise my lessons to accommodate each student's unique goals and requirements.
