5th year PhD Candidate in Chemistry offering one on one tutoring with high school and university students in Edmonton

When I conducted research Simon Fraser University I was placed to work under Ania's supervision as a chemical researcher. Throughout my time there she taught me a variety of chemistry techniques used for synthesis and analysis. She showed me how to perform rigorous literature searches and how to scour through chemical databases. She was very helpful with any problems I encountered and would always go above and beyond when it came to ensuring I learned exactly what I needed to know. Ania also has a great deal of patience and is very understanding as a person. She is capable of teaching at every level of Chemistry from high school all the way through to graduate level courses. She is an exceptional mentor and teacher.

I worked in the same research group as Ania for a number of a years. During our time together, she has shown the ability to produce many pieces of independent research articles and has held many teaching assistant positions at a university level to bolster her skill set. Ania is extremely knowledgeable in the field of Chemistry and I trust that she will provide a high quality service.

Ania is a friendly teacher who can really translate abstract concepts in Chemistry into simple words or ideas. I think it is mainly because she has a passion and knows Chemistry so well. At the same time, she caters to students' learning needs. She enjoys seeing the moment when students clicked.
