About Sujay
I am currently a 5th year medical student studying at St George’s University of London. I applied for Medicine during the 2018/2019 cycle and received three offers (SGUL, Liverpool and Plymouth). When I was applying, I thoroughly enjoyed writing my personal statement and preparing for the MMI. For this reason, I would love to tutor these subjects as I am enthusiastic and passionate about this part of the application process. In the past year, I’ve helped two aspiring medicine applicants with their interviews, which resulted in them being successfully offered places. I am also currently tutoring one student. If you choose me as your tutor, the sessions will not only be interactive, but also fun and tailored towards your needs.

When it comes to my teaching method, I have resources for my students which will come in handy. Our first session will be an introduction session which will enable me to see what level you are at as well as your learning style. After that I will tailor my sessions according to the student with feedback e.g. Ethics session with Ethical Interview Questions. My sessions tend to be very discussion type for I believe by talking out scenarios and ethical debates it betters the student's understanding enabling them to answer questions better. I would definitely recommend Sujay as your tutor! He has helped me greatly with preparation for my medical school interview, not only by explaining the main topics but also providing MOCs and written feedback to look back to. He is very good at explaining the material in multiple ways to best fit your understanding and has always provided great examples of questions for each topic. Moreover, he is very caring, so I knew that even outside the dedicated tutoring time I could come to him with any questions and he would never hesitate to help. Sujay always puts in extra effort to make you feel less stressed and more comfortable during his lessons, so you always feel free to ask him questions that bother you without feeling awkward or embarrassed. I can say with confidence that after lessons with him you will feel much more confident with your understanding of topics and concepts.
