About Teresa
I have been teach Yoga full time for 5 years now, I started with ballet then progressed into Yoga. I can teach pure postures and flows or if you want to tap into the spiritual side, we can do that too. I can teach Asana, Pranayama, and Meditation. I would love to meet you if you would give me a chance to share to you my knowledge and passion for the practice.

We will be learning different styles of yoga like Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Inside Flow, Power Yoga, and even Aerial Yoga depending on your preference, level and body type. I will create and teach you a unique sequence for each session. Beginners are very welcome, as well as intermediate to advanced practitioners.
