I teach more vinyasa style yoga but can also teach hatha and bikram. I also love incorporating resistance training and a little HIIT style in my practices as well. You will be challenged, you will have fun, we will connect on a deeper spiritual level then just moving our bodies because this is what yoga and asana is all about.
These lessons are for all levels, and I will assess and move with you to create the perfect balance for your specific needs. Let me help you reach inside yourself to create positivity, love, passion, and light.

Ashley is great — warm, experienced
and accessible. Would happily take more classes from her.Ashley was very patient with me after restarting yoga after a 5 year hiatus. She was great at explaining and correcting my form. She's has a very bubbly and kind personality. You will not be disappointed if you take a class with her. Highly recommend!!!!
Ashley is amazing. We have known each other for years. She is very health conscious and makes an awesome yoga instructor. She is a wonderful asset to the community and highly recommend!
I took a series of private yoga lessons from Ashley and could not have been more pleased. She listened to my goals and shaped a yoga series around them that was both challenging and achievable. Ashley has such a positive energy and brings that into her lessons. I highly recommend Ashley as an instructor.
