About Heather
HI everyone! I'm Heather, a Yoga Teacher and Alignment + Purpose Coach empowering all human beings to take ownership of and IGNITE their lives through implementing long lasting mindset shifts, discovering their purpose, and integrating their mind, body, and soul.
My favorite part about yoga is that it’s not just a practice that works, it’s a practice that matters. I utilize my yoga and mindfulness background, fitness and nutrition training, and life coaching background to truly cater to and support clients with individual desires, holistically.
I am committed to opening up a world of possibility, and believe that it all begins with a mindset shift. Shift your mind, shift your life. Remember, just because the waves in the ocean have ups and downs doesn’t mean they’re not beautiful, flowing, peaceful, and a powerful force of nature. Just like the ebbs and flows of the waves in the ocean, life has ebbs and flows too. Breathe through them, embrace your inner dopeness, and ride the wave to your truest YOU!
When I'm not working or on my mat, I love beach walks, looking for seashells or shark’s teeth, sunsets, photography, paddle-boarding, playing (aka-snuggling) with my 2 dogs, and most of all, spending time with my family.

In a private yoga session, the class is all about YOU.
Whether you are new to yoga and looking to learn the alignment in your body, have an injury or mobility concern and want one on one support, or are looking to jump start or take your practice to the next level, Heather's private yoga instruction is unique and tailored to meet your needs and busy schedule.
Private yoga is offered for individuals or groups (groups of family or friends, bachelorette weekends, wedding parties, corporations, etc.)
You can expect: Focused and individualized attention on your goals and needs, sessions scheduled to meet your lifestyle, sessions at the location of your request (in your home, office, beach, park, or other mutually agreed location), customized yoga sequence specifically designed to meet your unique needs, to learn proper alignment for your body, to learn and practice asana and breathing techniques at your own pace, and injury prevention and recovery techniques.
Most importantly, you can expect to have FUN! :)
With consent, you will receive hands on adjustments to ensure proper alignment and maximize the benefits of each asana (pose).
