About Chris
Personal Training as it Should Be!
Personal Training in a private, FULLY EQUIPPED studio gym. No distractions or Gym- timidation here ! Motivational style trainer with 21,000 hrs experience in fat loss, muscle retention, injury rehab, and extensive work with special populations including the elderly, Parkinson's, and MS
At each session you will be greeted with a smile, fresh towel and bottled water. During a 5 min warmup to prepare your body for exercise, your personalized workout for that day will be explained to you. You will be working the entire hour, save for a few scheduled breaks. We finish with either a high intensity tabata, or a cooldown and stretch, or both!
Rates are 75 per hour, 45 per half hour, and you are welcome to bring a friend to share the cost if you like, no extra charge.
Please feel free to reach out with any questions you might have, I will always answer quickly ( unless I'm with a client, during which time I always put my phone away)
